Your RMM is guessing. ClearWatch knows.
Most tools show you what your computers were doing a few minutes ago. ClearWatch shows you what they're doing right now, and when something goes wrong, it tells you why.

On demand
Add it. Patch it. Fix it. Script it. While you watch.
With most tools you click a button and wait for something to happen. In ClearWatch it starts in about two seconds, and you watch every step until it's done.
Alerting
2:14 a.m. A disk is nearly out of space. Nobody wakes up.
This is what happens in ClearWatch while you sleep. Every step is something it already does.
- 02:14:03Disk C: crosses 95% on a file server
- 02:14:05Self-healing clears the temp foldersNot enough. The alert stays held while it tries.
- 02:14:21A playbook finds the cause41 GB of old update files. The evidence and the fix are attached to the issue.
- 02:14:22It is after hours, so it waits for the right personNotification policies tell an outage from a heads-up. A server that goes down reaches someone right away; a filling disk waits for business hours.
- 08:02:40One press. Audited. Fixed. The first coffee of the day, not a 2 a.m. remote session.
What it sees
Ten things you have probably never had an RMM tell you.
The date a disk will be out of space
A usage forecast on every volume, so the warning comes weeks early, not at 96%.
Which hop is dropping packets
Traceroute and ping run from the user’s own machine, built into the agent.
What the website looked like when it failed
A real browser pass and a screenshot, from your sites and three US regions.
Which switch config line changed last night
Nightly config backups with a diff that ignores the noise.
A firewall cluster in split-brain
Check Point cluster state, WAN, VPN and licenses: about 23 checks.
A camera that quietly stopped recording
Stream and recording health read from the camera itself.
A container with a newer image waiting
Every running container watched, with a one-click compose update.
How many days until Ceph is nearfull
Proxmox quorum, storage and Ceph, down to every guest.
Two devices fighting over one IP
IPAM with conflicts and DNS mismatches flagged, filled in automatically.
Who would be told, and why
Test any device against your notification policies and see who hears about it, before anything fires.

AI assistants
Ask your environment a question in plain English.
Connect Claude or ChatGPT and it reads ClearWatch as you: the same clients, the same devices, never a password or a key. It can even run a network test from the machine that has the problem, if you allow the permission.
Security
An RMM is the keys to every machine. So we built it like one.
Audited before it acts
Every action that reaches a machine is written to an add-only log first. If the log cannot be written, the action does not run.
Signed from end to end
Agents are code-signed, every install script refuses an unsigned file, and commands are signed by a key held in a hardware security module.
Nothing dangerous by default
Remote control, recordings, file transfer and secrets start at no access. Somebody has to grant them, and nobody can grant more than they hold.
Consent the user can see
Ask, ask and proceed, or not at all, per client. An on-screen indicator with an End button is always shown.
Agents that resist removal
Optional tamper protection: uninstalling needs a code, and the service cannot simply be stopped.
Scanned on every change
Gitleaks, Semgrep, OSV-Scanner and Trivy on every change, every night and every deploy.

Put it on 100 machines this afternoon. Decide in two weeks.
Start a free 14-day trial on up to 100 devices with everything switched on, for one company or for the clients you manage, and no sales call. When it ends your data stays, and the console goes read-only until you subscribe at $4.50 per device per month. Or have it come with a managed agreement: we enable it for your organization and license the devices it covers.
